Description

This is a blonde ale aged in what the brewers at New Belgium felt was the very best La Folie barrel. Aged for 23 months in these barrels before it was bottled and contains Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus. Shipped to me directly from the brewery on the day of its release, and it has been resting gracefully in my wine cellar ever since. Please send PayPal funds as friend/family.
